Zy-Sauce Award Winning Marinade Swedish Meatballs

This is a recipe which will be the entree' hit at any party or gathering.

Meatball Ingredients:
2 Pounds Ground Hamburger
½ Cup Ketchup
1 Cup Corn Flakes or Cracker Crumbs
2 Tbls Soy Sauce
2 Eggs
1 Tbls Minced Onion
½ Tsp Garlic Powder
Sauce Ingredients:
1 Bottle Chili Sauce
¼ Cup Zy-Sauce Marinade
¼ Cup Ketchup
4 Ounces Jellied Cranberry Sauce
3 Tbls Light Brown Sugar
3 Tbls Lemon Juice

  • Meatball Instructions:
  1. Mix the meatball ingredients and kneed together until well mixed and evenly blended.

  2. Using mixture, form small meatbacks "about 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter".

  3. Preheat Oven to 350° degrees.

  4. Place meatballs on a oven baking sheet and place in oven.

  5. Bake meatballs at 350° degrees for 30 minutes.

  6. Place meatballs into a Crock Pot

  • Sauce Mixture Instructions:
  1. Using a whisk, blend sauce ingredients into a medium sized saucepan over medium
    heat.

  2. Continue mixing together until well blended and mixture is hot, but not boiling

  • Final Stage:
  1. Pour sauce mixture over meatballs in crock pot, and cook on low heat for
    1 & 1/2 hours, or longer if desired.
