Zy-Sauce Sautéed Vegetables

This makes a grest sidedish and topping for meats.

  • Mix the following and simmer in a covered medium size saucepan
1 Sliced up Green Pepper
1 Sliced up Red Pepper
1 Sliced up Yellow Pepper
1 Sliced up Large Sweet Onion
1 Sliced up Yellow Squash
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 Stick Margarine
½ Cup Zy-Sauce Marinade

  1. Melt margarine in saucepan.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Cover saucepan and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  4. Simmer to desired tenderness.
