Zy-Sauce Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions

This is a excellent recipe for using as a topping on steaks, beef, or as a side dish.

6 - 8 Cups Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
3 Medium "Sliced Up" Vidalia Onions
½ Stick Butter
1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
¼ Cup Zy-Sauce Marinade

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan.

  2. Add worcestershire and Zy-Sauce. Stir until well blended.

  3. Next, add onions first, followed with the mushrooms.

  4. Cover and on medium heat, bring to a slow simmer.

  5. Simmer covered for 1 hour stirring occasionally after the first 30 minutes.
