- Baste Roast
liberally with Zy-Sauce Marinade.
- Place Roast in
gallon size freezer bag. Close
freezer bag sealing out all
excess air.
- Massage Roast
to ensure all areas of roast are
coated with Zy-Sauce
- Place freezer
bag with Roast in Refrigerator
for 24 - 48 hours.
- Preheat oven
to 325 degrees.
- Place Oven
Cooking Bag into Large 3" -
4" Deep Baking Pan.
- Place Sliced
Up Onion, Carrots and Cut Up
Potatoes in Oven Bag.
- Remove Roast
from Freezer Bag and place on top
of Vegetables in oven bag.
- Blend Onion
Mix with 1/4 cup Zy-Sauce
Marinade, pour mixture over
Roast.
- Close and Seal
Oven Cooking Bag with the
provided tie wrap.
- On the Top of
the Oven Bag, make a few small
holes with fork for ventalation.
- Place Baking
Pan in oven and bake for 2 hours.
- Using oven
mits, Slightly tilt baking pan
back and forth to cover roast
with juices.
- Reduce oven
temperature to 275 degrees and
continue cooking for an
additional
1 to 2 hours "Depending on
size of Roast" until done.
- Undo tie wrap.
Using oven mits, cafefully empty
Roast and fixins into oven baking
pan.
- Serve!
