Zy-Sauce Award Winning Presidential Pot Roast Marinade Recipe

This is a Zy-Sauce personal favorite recipe for preparing Pot Roast with Vegetables.
The Pot Roast will be flowing with flavor.
Each bite will have your taste buds singing with delight!

Medium to Large size Roast
1 "Onion Pot Roast" Oven Bag and Seasoning
6 Cut Up Large Diced Potatoes
1 Small Bag of Cut Baby Carrots
1 Sliced Up Large Onion
Zy-Sauce Marinade

  1. Baste Roast liberally with Zy-Sauce Marinade.

  2. Place Roast in gallon size freezer bag. Close freezer bag sealing out all excess air.

  3. Massage Roast to ensure all areas of roast are coated with Zy-Sauce

  4. Place freezer bag with Roast in Refrigerator for 24 - 48 hours.

  5. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  6. Place Oven Cooking Bag into Large 3" - 4" Deep Baking Pan.

  7. Place Sliced Up Onion, Carrots and Cut Up Potatoes in Oven Bag.

  8. Remove Roast from Freezer Bag and place on top of Vegetables in oven bag.

  9. Blend Onion Mix with 1/4 cup Zy-Sauce Marinade, pour mixture over Roast.

  10. Close and Seal Oven Cooking Bag with the provided tie wrap.

  11. On the Top of the Oven Bag, make a few small holes with fork for ventalation.

  12. Place Baking Pan in oven and bake for 2 hours.

  13. Using oven mits, Slightly tilt baking pan back and forth to cover roast with juices.

  14. Reduce oven temperature to 275 degrees and continue cooking for an additional
    1 to 2 hours "Depending on size of Roast" until done.

  15. Undo tie wrap. Using oven mits, cafefully empty Roast and fixins into oven baking pan.

  16. Serve!
