Zy-Sauce Pork BBQ

  1. Prepare a whole hog on the cooker and cook in accordance to your usual method
    until fully cooked.

    Note: Cooking a whole hog is not for the novice. This is a technique which requires
    patience and skill. Temperature for cooking a whole hog is 225 and not to exceed
    250 degrees. Total cooking time, and time to turning hog is based on size and weight.


  2. Chop and shred cooked pork into small pieces and place into trays.

  3. Blend Mustard BBQ Sauce with the pork until the pork has a slightly yellow tint.

  4. Place the Mustard BBQ Pork on a hamburger bun for the best BBQ sandwich ever!
    It is also a real Southern BBQ cuisine, piled on the plate, just as it is.
