Zy-Sauce Pork BBQ

- Prepare a whole hog on
the cooker and cook in accordance to your
usual method
until fully cooked.
Note: Cooking a
whole hog is not for the novice. This is
a technique which requires
patience and skill. Temperature for
cooking a whole hog is 225 and not to
exceed
250 degrees. Total cooking time, and time
to turning hog is based on size and
weight.
- Chop and shred cooked
pork into small pieces and place into
trays.
- Blend Mustard BBQ
Sauce with the pork until the pork has a
slightly yellow tint.
- Place the Mustard BBQ
Pork on a hamburger bun for the best BBQ
sandwich ever!
