Zy-Sauce Award Winning London Broil Marinade
- Thoroughly baste
London Broil with Zy-Sauce Marinade and
place in a gallon freezer
bag making sure to seal out all the air.
Refrigerate overnight.
- Following day:
Remove London Broil from freezer bag and
place in a roasting pan.
Using a sharp knife, across the length
and top center of the roast make a series
of
1/2 inch slits 2 inches apart and 1 inch
deep. Insert a whole clove into each of
the slits.
- Bake or grill at 350°
degrees according to weight and
directions until done.
- Remove cloves and
enjoy!
