Zy-Sauce Award Winning Pork Tenderloin Marinade With Vegetables

This gourmet dish which will have everyone asking for more!

1 Medium Pork Tenderloin
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
¾ Cup Zy-Sauce Marinade
4 Cloves of Fresh Garlic (minced)
1 Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 Chopped Yellow Squash
1 Chopped Zucchini Squash
1 Chopped Green Onions
1 Package Corn Bread Stuffing Mix
1 Large Granny Smith Apple
½ Cup Hot Italian Sausage
¼ Cup Apple Sauce

  1. Place the Pork Tenderloin, chopped Bell Pepper, chopped Yellow and Zucchini Squash, chopped
    Green Onion and Zy-Sauce in a large plastic bag and let sit over night in refrigerator.

  2. When ready to cook, make stuffing according to directions.

  3. Brown apples and Sausage in a large skillet. Once brown, add in applesauce, brown sugar, minced
    garlic and Zy-Sauce. Bring to a slow simmer then remove from heat and mix in with the stuffing.

  4. Remove pork tenderloin from plastic bag and butterfly tenderloin cutting length wise, pound tenderloin
    flat with a meat mallet. When the tenderloin is thin and flat, place the stuffing mixture over the top of the
    tenderloin. Roll up the tenderloin length wise. Tie tenderloin in place with a string.

  5. Roll the tenderloin in the remaining Zy-Sauce taken from the plastic bag.
    Wrap the tenderloin in tin foil and place on BBQ grill.

  6. Take vegetables out of the plastic bag and wrap in a separate piece of tin foil and place on grill as well.

  7. Allow to grill at 350° degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done.

  8. Serve the Pork Tenderloin on a serving tray with the vegetables spread evenly around it.
