Zy-Sauce Gourmet Spare Ribs

This is a unforgettable gourmet dish for ribs!

2 Racks of Ribs
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Bay Leaf (crushed)
1 TBSP Crushed Red Pepper
¼ TSP Pepper
¼ TSP Salt
1 Large Yellow Onion
1 Large Orange
1 Lemon
1 Cup Zy-Sauce Marinade
1 TBSP Ketchup
4 TBSP Olive Oil
¼ Cup Dark Brown Sugar

  1. Place Ribs on a flat baking sheet.

  2. In a large mixing bowl add Zy-Sauce, crushed garlic cloves, crushed bay leaf, grated yellow onion,
    ketchup. Mix until blended really well.

  3. In a small bowl mix crushed red pepper, black pepper, salt and olive oil. Rub the pepper / olive oil
    mix all over the meat.

  4. Slice the oranges and lemons into small thin rings and roll in the dark brown sugar. Place on top of
    the ribs.

  5. Pour Zy-Sauce mix onto ribs, cover with tin foil, and place in preheated oven at 225° degrees for
    3 hours.

  6. Remove from oven, place ribs on the grill. Grill until done.

The ribs will want to fall off the bone. You won't believe the sweet and tangy flavor.
