Zy-Sauce Award Winning Deep Fried Turkey Injector
Marinade

Zy-Sauce is
a mavelous Turkey injector marinade.
Simply follow these steps and enjoy the
complements!
Completely
thaw Turkey in the refrigerator.
May take up to 4 - 5 days
depending on weight. On the average,
allow at least "1" day for
every 5 pounds.
example: 15 pound turkey = Minimum, 3
days of thawing time.
NOTE: Once Turkey has
thawed, be sure and remove giblets from
the neck
cavity as well as the rear cavity.
Heat
peanut oil in approved Turkey deep fryer
to 325° degrees.

minutes prior to deep frying, using a
approved injector, inject turkey with
Zy-Sauce
marinade in the desired locations of
breast, thighs and legs.
NOTE: Due to the brown sugar
properties in the marinade, be sure and
wipe any
excess marinade from outside skin of
turkey otherwise skin will darken.

DEEP FRY OUTSIDE AND
NOT IN
A ENCLOSED AREA.
Carefully and Slowly insert turkey into turkey
deep fryer.

have an assistant available with a
dipping pot.
It may be necessary to remove excess oil
to prevent overflow!
Fire can
result
from oil overflow.
The oil temperature will
drop. Readjust temperature to a constant
300° not to
exceed
325° degrees.
Deep Fry Turkey for 3 ½ minutes per
pound.
(EX: 16 Pound turkey x 3.5 minutes per
pound = 56 Minutes frying time)
Carefully remove Turkey from
oil and allow to cool.
