Zy-Sauce Boston Butt

  1. Prepare a Boston Butt on the grill or in the oven according to label directions.
Usually 350 degrees. If you have a smoker, allow it to slow cook for 8 - 9 hours.

  2. Chop cooked pork into small pieces for pork BBQ, or cut into slices if you wish
to apply with or dip in Mustard BBQ.

  3. Blend Mustard BBQ Sauce with the pork until the pork has a slightly yellow tint.

  4. Place the Mustard BBQ Pork on a hamburger bun for the best BBQ sandwich ever!
It is also a real Southern BBQ cuisine, piled on the plate, just as it is.

This Is Pork BBQ The South Carolina Way!
