Zy-Sauce Boston Butt

- Prepare a Boston Butt
on the grill or in the oven according to
label directions.
Usually 350 degrees. If you have a
smoker, allow it to slow cook for 8 - 9
hours.
- Chop cooked pork into
small pieces for pork BBQ, or cut into
slices if you wish
to apply with or dip in Mustard BBQ.
- Blend Mustard BBQ
Sauce with the pork until the pork has a
slightly yellow tint.
- Place the Mustard BBQ
Pork on a hamburger bun for the best BBQ
sandwich ever!
It is also a real Southern BBQ cuisine,
piled on the plate, just as it is.
