Zy-Sauce Award Winning Grilled Cajun Blackened Steak
Marinade Sauce
- Thoroughly baste thawed steaks
with Zy-Sauce Marinade
and place steaks in freezer bags and refrigerate
overnight.
- Mix the following ingredients
in a Zip lock bag to create Blacken Seasoning.

2 Tbsp
Paprika
2 ½ Tsp Salt
1 ½ Tsp "Granulated" Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Lemon Pepper |
1 ½ Tsp
Basil
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 ½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Ground Thyme |
- Seal the ziplock bag, and
shake well to thoroughly mix ingredients.
- Following day:
Remove the steaks from the freezer bags and place
on prepared grill.
Sprinkle 1 Tsp of Blacken seasoning on each side
of steaks. Grill to desired wellness.
